Botox or Guava?

I hope everyone is out there enjoying your Sunday. Hopefully, you are not too hung-over on this beautiful sunny day. No need to sleep the whole day. And… What a better way to start you day than by bettering your health.

Clearly, we are living in an era, where one of the main focuses is “healthy living” and “forever young”. We have become obsessed with looks, with feeling and being healthy, striving to fight those nasty wrinkles and keep the good, young looks as long as it is possible. Therefore, many of us are doing everything in our power to look healthy and fabulous. Today, one of our main goals is to exercise more often, eat healthier and take care of our skin. Not only that, but too often we tend to spend too much money on Anti Aging Creams like La Prairie, La Mer etc. Well, I know I do. But, we all know that Anti Aging creams can only do that much. So, before, you decide to take that drastic step and choose more extreme ways like BOTOX you should consider this… “Your change to a newer, healthier life starts in your refrigerator. There are plenty of foods that are rich in antioxidants. And here, I give you 5 Anti Aging foods that will make you feel like a million dollar. So… No need for injecting any toxic into your body yet.

Guava - Did you know that guava has 4 times more vitamin C than a regular orange?  By eating guava, you help to build collagen in your dermis.  So eating guava is kind of like a natural Botox to get rid of wrinkles.

Wheat Germs - The zinc found in wheat germs helps with wound healing and repairing cells.

Romaine Lettuce - High in Vitamin A. And, Vitamin A helps to renew skin cells and to restore your complexion.

Brazil Nuts - Brazil Nuts contain Selenium, and two nuts are all you need each day. Selenium helps to repair skin cells.

Tomatoes - work as a natural UV sunscreen to protect you from the sun.

(Another super food is Blueberries, which are Anti aging, because of their high levels of antioxidants.)

Well, I thought you should know this. And remember you are what you eat!

Have a lovely Sunday <3

A day of your life...

Today was a pretty productive day. For me at least! One of those days that leaves you with a smile on your face. It is interesting how much a person can accomplish in a single day. And just imagine if we could make the best out of every single day.
Having a busy day, with lots of plans doesn’t mean stress, if you do it the right way.
How about enjoying the first glimpse of early sunshine or putting a smile on your face and tell yourself “this is going to be a great day”.
I know we all have a job/school to attend, but then again make the best out of it and then reward yourself with something that you love. A long walk in the nature, go for a run, read a book, meditate, meet with friends and laugh etc. Create special moments.

It is all about how you choose to live your life that matters. If you wake up and you feel like crap, maybe because you slept badly or maybe it is just one of those days, don’t let it get to you whatever it is that has made you feel like crap in the first place. Get up and do something about it. Put some music on that will cheer you up, think happy thoughts and don’t let the weather or lack of sleep ruin your day.

Think about it; what you do today is important, because you are exchanging a day of your life for it. Make it worth!
