Sleep on your back

Do you sleep on your back, on side or your face down? You must think; “does it really matter?” As long as I get enough sleep I should be fine?” Right?
But did you know that not only is it important to get enough sleep, but also how you sleep, if you want avoid getting unnecessary wrinkles.
If you sleep in a certain position night after night, 7-8 hours a night will lead to those nasty “sleep lines", in other words wrinkles that become imprinted into the top layers of skin and that don’t fade once you are awake and up.
If you sleep on your side, doesn’t matter which one, this sleeping position will probably lead to wrinkles on cheeks and chin. On the other hand, if you are used to sleep face down, like me, it leads to wrinkled brown.
However, if you want to reduce new wrinkles make sure to sleep on your back, which is the right position. Another thing, to avoid puffy eyes, you can try elevating your head while sleeping. So, two important things to remember if you want to look fresh and young; firstly get at least 7-8 hours of sleep and secondly always sleep on your back.

Now stay young and sleep tight!
